MG金融外汇成立于1992年，是世界上最早提供网上外汇保证金交易的三家公司之一。客户遍布世界上100多个国家和地区。

1997年4月MG推出线上交易平台 DealStation，2000年1月30号推出DealStation Java外汇交易软件，可直接将数据下载至电脑并不断更新。2000年，MG推出无线外汇交易，使投资者能够透过无线设备进行交易。

1997年MG创办了外汇分析网站 www.forexnews.com 为全球的机构和个人提供分析和相关信息。2004年，网站添加了中文版本，增加了对华人外汇投资者的服务。

1998年，作为美国外汇经纪商获得"诚信债券保险"。2000年。此项透过一家在美国证券市场上市公司的子公司发售的保险将保护MG公司的财产不受本公司职员的非法诈骗和挪用而蒙受损失。

2005年，建立 "多币种交易平台" ，投资者在同一平台上可以用7种货币入金，交易和取款，并进行货币兑换。

2001年10月4日，MG金融外汇成为美国商品期货交易委员会（www.cftc.gov）的注册期货佣金商(FCM)，并加入美国全国期货协会(www.nfa.futures.org)，注册号为0308808。NFA是美国国家期货行业的自律性机构，接收CFTC的监管。

可提供三种交易方式，其中包括：无线交易，交易平台DealStation LITE (HTML)以及线上交易DealStation JAVA。
